Meek Mill Admits Being Addicted To Percocets

So many Hip Hop heads has come out to give their experience on drug addiction since the death of Juice Wrld on 8th December, 2019. This they intend to use to deter the younger generation from indulging in drug abuse. The latest to join this campaign Meek Mill during an interview with Charlamagne Tha God billed as โ€œA Conversation Between Champions,โ€ Meek discussed how he overcame a serious addiction to pills.โ€œIโ€™ve never disclosed this before.โ€ he said in the interview, which was published on Friday (December 13) โ€œIโ€™ve taken 10 30โ€™s Percocets a day. Youโ€™re walking with death. Real shit.โ€Meek, whose album Championships is nominated for a 2020 Grammy Award for Best Rap Album, told Charlamagne his decision to quit came in a moment of self-reflection. โ€œI had to cater to myself.โ€ he said โ€œLike โ€˜Nigga you poppinโ€™ 10 Percs? You a junkie, nigga.โ€™ [โ€ฆ] I had to make a decision with myself.โ€It was then Meek realized his drug habits were stopping him from achieving his version of success. โ€œI ainโ€™t never seen a millionaire, bossed-up pill popper in my life.โ€ he said.


Today, Meek is part owner of the sports apparel brand Lids.
